Required: Page Naming Convention

The page naming convention should indicate accurate page sequence and issue date. For example:

TitleYYMMDDPage001.pdf
TitleYYMMDDPage002.pdf
TitleYYMMDDPage003.pdf...

Required: Cropping

All pages should be cropped and trimmed to final trim size of the print magazine. The Art/Media Box should match the Crop Box and all Crop Settings must be "0.00".

Requested: Page Map or First Bound Copy

A page map or a first bound copy, if available, is requested for page sequencing and Quality Assurance purposes.

Inserts - these must be narrower than the trim size of the book and include blow in cards, bind in cards, belly bands, and cover tips
